What happens when the way you think you look consumes your life? “Ugly” is a short animated documentary that explores the challenges of living with Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD). Working with psychologists and patients at South London Maudsley Hospital, the only clinic in the UK to treat BDD in the young, the film is a personal account showing life through the eyes of a young boy struggling with the disorder.
